BRAND NEW (WITH TAGS) BLOUSE, SKIRT AND STRAP TOP. Beautiful Femme outfit, never been worn. Blouse & Strap top both Size 14 and Skirt Size 12. Strap Top has adjustable straps (see pic 4). I would say to hand wash this item as you have to keep it crinkly. Instructions on the labels to tell you how to do this. Lovely item for holiday as light and airy, or even for a special occasion.
